So, I came up with a solid snack idea that boosts energy levels and help you power through the day!
#BalancedBite 8 servings 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup hemp seeds 1//4 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup pepitas 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds 1/4 cup goji berries 1/4 cup golden berries 1/4 cup mulberries 1/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup sunflower butter 1/8 cup honey 1/4 cup coconut oil 1 Tablespoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon salt Mix everything together in a large bowl and form into 16 small balls. Refrigerate for up to one week and take with you for an active day. Enjoy!
