In celebration of National Peanut Butter Day, I am sharing my simple four ingredient chocolate coconut nut ball recipe with you!
Makes 4 balls
1/4 cup nut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Line a baking sheet with wax paper and mix the first two ingredients together in a large bowl. Then spoon out 2 tsp dough and roll into balls to place on baking sheet. Freeze for 15 minutes and then dip your balls in the melted chocolate and roll in the shredded coconut. Return to the freezer for another 15 minutes. Enjoy as a dessert or something sweet midday. These babies have 4g of added sugar and are loaded with antioxidants so you can feel good about indulging!
